Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Policy:
First Class Letter Mail: Please note that NO TRACKING number will be available. I will not be held responsible for any lost mail and will not be issuing any refunds or replacement packages shipped via First Class Letter Mail as I am also unable to see the status of your order. For extra protection of your purchase, please upgrade the shipping method to include tracking.
First Class Package: An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number. You can check the status of your package through the USPS website.
Please allow a few days for your tracking information to appear as the postal office needs to scan the item into their system.
Cancellation/Refunds:
Please contact us within 24 hours on business days at hello@milkibunns.com to request cancellation. Please note that once your order has already been processed it can no longer be cancelled.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days once payment is processed. Holidays and shop updates can extend shipping times.
In the case that your item is unable to be located, please file a claim with the USPS here. If you have any issues or questions regarding the claim process, please feel free to contact us.
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis:
- The item(s) you have received are damaged/incorrect/missing. Please email us immediately with photos and your order number.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be within its original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- We DO NOT accept refunds/returns on orders that were sent with the exact items as ordered or have no damage.
- We are not responsible for refunds where the buyer has provided an incorrect shipping address or undeliverable address.
